WHEN ENDEAVOURING TO FIND A LIFE LONG PARTNER, ADOPT THE FOLLOWING REAL ESTATE RULES.
RULE 1 If THEY look perfect they WILL BE TOO COSTLY. there’s not much you can do with THEM and in your care THEY could get worse!
RULE 2 Look for a partner with potential. Find the worst partner in the best suburb, where superficial adjustments can make huge improvements to their appearance.
RULE 3 Find a partner who is an ongoing work in progress. Make sure there are always improvements you can make as having things to fix makes them interesting.
RULE 4 Keep your eye on the market. Get rid of them when the market is looking good and hang onto them if the market is depressed.
RULE 5 If your prospective partner is too cheap, you will never be happy with them. If you spend too much, they will never be satisfied.
RULE 6 If you fall in love don’t show it because there will always be another partner around the corner. Never be so attached that you can’t walk away.
RULE 7 You win some you lose some. Don’t let past mistakes haunt you. Just learn from them for next time and remain guarded at all costs.
RULE 8 You can still love a partner without investing everything you have. It’s better to diversify.
RULE 9 Know the game. Some eye-catching candidates make crap partners.
RULE 10 You seldom find a house you love by sticking to relationship rules!
